Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial -- no credit card required. Build your site, set up booking, and test everything before you pay.

Are there per-user fees?

No. Each plan includes a set number of admin and crew seats. You never pay per user -- just pick the plan that matches your team size.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards and ACH transfers, processed securely through Stripe.

What is Connect?

Connect is our communications add-on powered by Twilio, giving you SMS and voice capabilities. It's available as a paid add-on on Professional and Business plans, and included free with Enterprise.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account stays active and you keep everything you built. At the end of 14 days you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your public site goes offline but your data is preserved for 30 days so you can export or reactivate anytime. No automatic charges ever.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Yes. You can export your full customer list, job history, and invoices as CSV at any time from your dashboard — no support ticket needed. Your data is yours.

Do I need technical skills to set up YardTack?

No. Onboarding takes under 30 minutes. Pick a template, enter your business info, and your booking site is live. No coding or hosting setup required. If you want a custom domain (Business plan), we walk you through it step by step.
